Welcome residents of Kidbrooke with Hornfair. You may be well aware that Nick Raynsford was your MP but now your area will become part of the Eltham constituency. I, Clive Efford, are your new candidate for that election. And more and more people are now becoming aware of the changes and are beginning to contact me to keep him informed of issues in the area.
I have already accepted invitations to events in the community and I look forward to getting to know more people across the area in the future.
As you may have seen with the recent report we delivered to your area recently, which was all paid by the Labour Party and delivered by volunteers, I like to get out into the community and work closely with local residents. I hold regular walkabout's, coffee mornings and surgeries to give constituents the chance to raise any issues that may concern them. I am often accompanied by council officers on my walkabout's which gives people the opportunity to discuss problems and try to find on-the-spot solutions.

The reason the boundaries have changed is due to the decisions of both the Local Government Boundary Commission and the Parliamentary Boundary Commission. They create wards containing roughly an equal number of voters. The scale of house building in our borough made these changes unavoidable.
I hope you found the report interesting, and I look forward to working with you. I would welcome any feedback, and you can see what I've been up to across my constituency also for my website found here.
Yours Sincerely

Clive Efford MP
