Eltham Leisure Centre set to open this summer

Clive's campaign for the new Eltham leisure centre is on track for success with the great centre due to open this year.

Speaking at the topping out ceremony last November, Clive said "I am delighted that the centre is due to open on time and on budget.  This location in Eltham High Street is ideal and its excellent public transport links means that it is accessible for all the community."

Greenwich Community College has invested in the scheme and will occupy two floors in the new building bringing further education into the Eltham town centre. The library will also get a £1.7 million refurbishment and the centre will be a one-stop-shop for council Services.
