 Demelza, the Children's hospice who are bulding a unit in Eltham, have opened a shop in Eltham High Street.Clive was on hand to help with the ceremonies which took place on the night of Eltham Lights Up.  Clive Joined the leader of the Greenwich Council, Chris Roberts, in a visit to the nearly completed Eltham Centre. They were taken around to see the three new pools in the centre, which one was an 8 lane county competition pool with sophisticated touch timing, they also saw the spaces which are to be used by Greenwich Community college.  Clive Efford joined Council Leader Chris Roberts and young tennis players at the formal launch of the refurbished courts in Eltham Park South.Clive says, “The new surfaces are fantastic. I live near the park and see these courts being used throughout the year. If we want people to participate in sport then we should strive to provide first class facilities like these.” |
